The cancellation and refund policy for Wonder Wild Adventure treks, camping, and backpacking tours outlines the procedures for handling cancellations, refunds, and unexpected changes. Here's a summary of the key points:
75% refund: If notified 8 or more days prior to the event date.
50% refund: If notified 4-7 days prior to the event date.
No refund: If notified less than 3 days prior to the event date or in case of a no-show.
Non-transferable tickets: Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date but can be transferred to another person.
If Wonder Wild Adventure cancels the trek, only the trek amount will be refunded.
No refund on the initial booking amount for any cancellations.
50% refund: If cancellations are made 30 days before the start of the trip.
25% refund: If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start of the trip.
No refund: If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the trip's start date.
No refund will be provided for cancellations due to unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions affecting certain activities, but the operator will try to arrange alternative activities.
No refunds if a trip is cancelled after it has commenced due to natural calamities (snowstorms, floods, earthquakes, etc.) or unexpected political unrest.
A full refund will be given if the trip is cancelled prior to departure (excluding train and bus cancellations).
Sahyadri trek cancellations due to low participation offer a choice between an event shift or a full refund.
If the trip is canceled due to train/flight cancellations or bus issues, alternate arrangements will be made when possible, but refunds will be based on incurred expenses.
Wonder Wild Adventure is not liable for missed connecting trains or flights due to traffic jams, natural calamities, or mechanical failures.
In such cases, alternate arrangements can be made, but the participant must cover the costs of additional tickets or accommodation.
Cancellations must be done via email to wonderwildadventure@gmail.com. No phone or WhatsApp cancellations will be accepted.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after the confirmation of the cancellation.
